What This Page Covers
This page explains what happens to information you submit through pakellab.com — mainly through the contact form on the Contact page. It's written in plain language rather than as a formal legal document; if you need a specific written agreement (for example, alongside an NDA), contact us directly.
Information You Submit
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your company, the service you're interested in, an estimated budget, and a project description. We only collect what you choose to type into that form or send us directly by email or WhatsApp.
Why We Collect It
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to understand your project and respond to your enquiry. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.
How Enquiries Are Handled
The contact form is processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) using its built-in form-handling service. Submissions are delivered to us and stored in our Netlify account so we can reply. A hidden "honeypot" field on the form exists purely to filter automated spam submissions and is not used to identify visitors.
Hosting & Technical Logs
Like most websites, pakellab.com is served through a hosting provider (Netlify) that may retain standard technical server logs — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — as part of normal hosting operations. We do not separately access or analyse these logs for tracking purposes.
Cookies & Analytics
This site does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to reflect it.
Data Retention
We keep project enquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. If you'd like your submitted information deleted, email us and we'll action that request.
Confidentiality of Project Details
If you share technical details, schematics, or specifications with us — whether through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp — we treat that information as confidential and do not share it with third parties. We can sign a mutual NDA before reviewing sensitive project material; see our FAQ for details.
Third-Party Links
Pages on this site may link to third-party services (for example, a YouTube video embed, or a wa.me WhatsApp link). Those services have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
