PCB Design Services

Schematic capture, multilayer PCB layout, component selection and manufacturing-ready output for embedded, industrial and IoT hardware.

Overview

What this service covers

PAK-EL LAB designs printed circuit boards for embedded, IoT, industrial and wireless products — from a first schematic revision through a fully panelised, manufacturing-ready layout. Hardware and firmware are handled by the same team, which keeps board-level and firmware-level decisions (pin mapping, interrupt lines, power sequencing) consistent instead of getting lost between vendors.

Client Problems

Problems this service solves

  • A product concept exists but there's no schematic or board yet.
  • An existing board has noise, thermal or reliability issues that need diagnosing and fixing.
  • A design works on the bench but gets flagged during a fabricator's DFM review.
  • A board needs to shrink, add a wireless radio, or move from a one-off prototype toward a small production run.
Capabilities

What we do

  • Schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout
  • Power-supply and power-electronics design
  • Component selection and footprint verification
  • Analogue, digital and mixed-signal layout
  • RF-aware layout for boards carrying a wireless module
  • Design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review before release
  • Gerber, BOM and pick-and-place file preparation
  • Review and correction of an existing schematic or PCB
Technologies

Tools & platforms

We work with industry-standard PCB tools and pick the one that best matches a project's complexity and your preferred file format. Most designs are built around ESP32, STM32 or Arduino-compatible microcontrollers as the starting reference.

Development Process

How we approach a PCB project

  1. 01Requirements

Confirm the board's function, interfaces, size and power constraints.

  2. 02Schematic

Capture the circuit and share it for review before layout starts.

  3. 03Layout & DFM review

Route the board and check it against the fabricator's process before release.

  4. 04Manufacturing handoff

Deliver Gerbers, BOM and pick-and-place files ready for your fabricator.

Deliverables

What you receive

  • Schematic files
  • PCB layout files
  • Gerber files
  • Bill of materials (BOM)
  • Pick-and-place files, where the board is going to assembly
  • DFM review notes
Applications

Where this is used

Industrial sensor boards

Signal-conditioning and interface boards built for plant-floor electrical noise.

IoT and wireless nodes

Compact boards carrying an ESP32/LoRa module alongside sensors and power management.

Power-electronics boards

Power-supply and motor-driver layouts designed with thermal and current-carrying capacity in mind.
